The next four fields refer to NTS traffic passed during the month.

Note that a piece of traffic received and relayed, received and delivered, or originated and transmitted will count in two categories, while a piece you originate on your own behalf, or one addressed to you, will only count as one.

Enter the number of pieces of traffic you originated on behalf of a third party
Enter the number of pieces of traffic you transmitted to another station
Enter the number of pieces of traffic you recieved from another station
Enter the number of pieces of traffic you delivered to a third party

 

Enter the number of times you checked into a public service or NTS net
Enter the number of section-level appointments you hold
Participation in scheduled, short-term public service events such as walk-a-thons, bike-athons, parades, simulated emergency tests and related practice events. This includes off-the-air meetings and coordination efforts with related emergency groups and served agencies. Enter hours spent in either coordinating and/or operating in the public service event.
Participation in an unplanned emergency response when the Amateur Radio operator is on the scene. This also includes unplanned incident requests by public or served agencies for Amateur Radio participation. Enter hours spent directly involved in the emergency operation.
